If you’re looking to return or exchange your purchase, we are here to help! Our refund policy lasts 30 days, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please read the following:

Before making your return please ensure:
The product was purchased in the last 30 days.
The product is in its original unopened packaging, with safety seal intact.
Shipping Charges: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are returning item(s) over $75 dollars we suggest using a trackable shipping service, or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your item.
Damaged items: If you receive an item that is damaged, please notify us immediately for assistance at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please notify us within 7 days.
Sale items: all discounted or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once your return is received and approved, we will notify you via email that a refund will be processed back to the original form of payment. Your refund will post to your account within 10 business days. If you do not see your refund hit your account right away, don’t panic. Prior to contacting us we ask that you: double check your bank or credit card account, contact your back or credit card company as it may take several days for a processed credit to be posted to your account.
